Installing IPad Wallpaper

Click on the iPad  link and the wallpaper should appear in its full size "1024x1024"

 Tap and Hold your finger on the picture and wait for a message to appear.
Tap on Save Image.

Now that your IPad wallpaper is saved,
press on your Home Screen Button twice to return to your home screen.

Tap on your Photos icon and find the wallpaper you just saved.
Once you have it fully opened, you will notice a small white box with an arrow pointing out of it.
That box is located at the top right corner of your iPad screen.
Tap that icon once and select Use as Wallpaper.

That's it!

Is Internet Explorer Blocking your downloads? 

This is the fix.

At the top of your screen, you will see the message highlighted below.

Click that message and it will open a dialog box (see example below),
just click "Download File" and the download will begin.
