If you have recently updated your Internet Explorer, or applied a service pack to your computer, you might not be able to download wallpaper from our site.  

This is the fix.

At the top of your screen, you will see the message highlighted below. 

Click that message and it will open a dialog box (see example below), just click "Download File" and the download will begin.
